A Word From The Owner
I’ve always believed the Ozarks don’t need much help to be incredible — the land speaks for itself. When we built J3 at the Gap, it wasn’t about reinventing the wheel. It was about creating a place where folks could step away from the noise and soak up what’s already here — the stillness, the views, the stars at night. We didn’t want to overdo it, but of course, we couldn’t resist adding a few luxuries to make the stay unforgettable. So yes, you’ll find Blackstone grills, cedar hot tubs, and a sauna tucked into the trees — but it’s all designed to complement the land, not compete with it.
We set out to build something that runs light on the planet and heavy on feeling — that true kind of peace that only comes when you’re off-grid and off the clock. Every cabin is run with sustainability in mind, and every design choice was made to help guests reconnect — not just with nature, but with themselves and each other.
